Fulfillment Policy – EverleeJewelry.com
1. Service Delivery
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary between 4 to 5 weeks based on the manufacturing time. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
2. Payment Terms
Preferred payment is through checks, wires and ACH. For a very limited number of occasions and customers we accept all major credit cards. Payment with credit card will incur in a 2.9% credit card processing fee. All transactions are securely encrypted to protect customer information. Payment terms are independently negotiated with each customer.
3. Late Fees
If a payment method fails, customers will be notified and must update their payment details within 48 hours. Unpaid orders may be canceled after this period. For installment payment plans, a late fee may apply as specified in the payment agreement.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom orders are non-cancelable once production has started.
5. Revisions and Changes
Customers may request modifications to their order within 24 hours of purchase. Changes to custom pieces may not be possible once production has begun.
6. Termination Conditions
EverleeJewelry.com reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of our policies.
7. Refunds and Fees
Refunds are available for eligible items within 7 days of delivery and only if it is due to a manufacturing defect. Custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
